Change in shareholders for the BEA Laboratories
The BEA Laboratories have been bought out by an industrial family business from Lyon at the beginning of 2008.
This is a great opportunity for BEA and it will bring industrial means and skills, thus achieving its growth and development goals.
We can see many changes already: industrial investments, ISO standardization, R&D teams and skills strengthening, new graphic chart and new logo, the “BEA Observatory” launch to anticipate our clients’ needs.

A new logo for a new start
Our new logo reflects the new BEA.
The name: because all of our clients used to call us “BEA”, we have replaced “The Bains Et Arômes Laboratories” with “The BEA Laboratories”.
The new logo: with the squares put together, it reflects the BEA formulation trade; the four squares correspond to our four competences in the following products: cosmetic, soaps, home scents and organic.
The leaf confirms the strong trend of the laboratory: the evolution of our formulations towards the natural world.
